Ocarina Of Time is a track I've been desperate to share with you, and after having to keep it under wraps for a bit, I'm beyond stoked to finally bring it to your attention! Courtesy of independent hip-hop artist Cash L3wis and featuring the legendary Wiz Khalifa (I'm not joking!), the track builds its foundation around one of the most celebrated video games of all time: The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
Atmospheric, cinematic, and expertly pieced together, the record pulls you into a richly textured world of nostalgic melodies and forward-thinking hip-hop. With DopeBoyzMuzic handling production, Cash and Wiz are free to focus on their respective contributions - and both rise to the occasion in style!
Delivering potent verses that explore the passage of time, personal evolution, ambition, and the experiences that shape who we become, the pair give the themes real weight. And who would have thought that, nearly thirty years on from the game's release, its iconic spirit would find a home on a heavy-hitting rap anthem?
Accompanying Cash's latest offering is an immersive visual campaign that brings the tune to life through enchanted forests, ancient kingdoms, and mystical imagery. All in all, Ocarina Of Time is a superb piece of music that feels destined to become a classic!
