GlassJack Bridges Emotion and Electronica on Resilient New Single hold on.

Released yesterday in anticipation of Mental Health Awareness Month (May), hold on. is the emotionally-driven new single courtesy of Oakland-based electronic artist GlassJack. A tune centred on perseverance, resilience, and the quiet strength to keep going, GlassJack's latest offering is, as he describes it, "a song for anyone who almost gave up, or is considering giving up."

Blending atmospheric textures with slick, melodic production, GlassJack has concocted a truly hopeful and uplifting track. Leaning into a more cinematic sound than his previous work, he wraps up the song's themes in a chewy and delectable piece of synth-driven goodness that is simply irresistible.

"hold on. is about that moment where everything feels so heavy, dark and overwhelming," says GlassJack. "It's all just too much…and still, you choose to stay anyway."

Bridging the gap between electronic music and authentic storytelling, GlassJack is quickly establishing himself as one of the more compelling new artists on the scene - and for good reason. He's evolving naturally, confidently, and purposefully.

On a side note, GlassJack will be participating in NAMIWalks, San Francisco. Bringing vital awareness to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, you can find out more about his plans here!
