POLI NIKA Captures Summer Romance with Weightless New Single Summer’s Falling

Described by the artist as a "gentle indie pop love letter, drunk on summer romance and dizzy with happiness," Summer's Falling is the airy and blissful new single from Lisbon-based singer/songwriter POLI NIKA. 

Weightless, fragile, and steeped in an otherworldly glow, there's a softness and a warmth to POLI's latest release that's hard to put into words. Gentle pulses and translucent synths create a lazy afternoon sway, and the musician's angelic vocal performance ties everything together with honesty, vulnerability, and grace.

Co-written with Canadian songwriter Elizabeth Rodrigues (Eminem, Celine Dion, Gwen Stefani), Summer's Falling bloomed at its own pace. From unhurried jam sessions and forgotten voice memos rediscovered a year later, its melody unfolded gradually, as if knowing it would only shine when the moment was right.

Inspired by the sensitivity of Lizzy McAlpine, the soulfulness of Yebba, and the introspection of Lianne La Havas, POLI NIKA is beginning to see her hard work paying off.
