Ridiculous Bitch Bring Raw Energy and a Gritty Presence to New Album Die About It

Die About It is the brand-spanking-new album from New York City-based five-piece Ridiculous Bitch, and it's a deliciously loud and energetic piece of punk-rock-glam goodness! An expansive eight-track offering that expertly showcases the outfit's gritty and intense sound, it's a record brimming with infectious riffs, robust drum work, and the seriously potent vocals of Karen Xerri.

Lady Sadie kicks us off with a fire in its belly - perfectly setting the scene for the hard-hitting journey that lies ahead. Just about as NYC grunge rock as it gets, it's a belting start!

Lost My Wife is a sassy little number full of life and energy, before its follow-up, Engage, brings a punchy, hook-heavy dose of scathing social commentary to proceedings.

Cry About It acts as something of a palette cleanser. As more of a slow-burning ballad, it's here that the listener gets a real sense of just how talented Karen is as a vocalist.

Now, while I'd love to run through the remaining four tunes with you, I really don't want to spoil the rest of the ride. What I will say, however, is this: Ridiculous Bitch comes across as a band with a real identity. Tight, confident, and fully locked in, they're an act I cannot wait to hear from again!
