Before My Eyes Delivers Raw Indie Energy from The Radio Addicts

Rising indie rockers The Radio Addicts have been called "Manchester's next generation of rock and roll stars." But, with bands like Oasis, Buzzcocks, The Smiths, and The Stone Roses casting long shadows over the city, it's fair to say the expectations are rather massive. That said, I believe these four young fellas just might have what it takes!

In June, the outfit unleashed their fiery debut single titled Scroll My Life Away. A raw and unflinching offering, it introduced listeners to their gritty and pure sound. Now, the act returns with Before My Eyes, another buzzing piece of raucous goodness that I just can't get enough of.

Described by The Radio Addicts as "a rock and roll arms aloft indie anthem," Before My Eyes is as crunchy and swaggering as its predecessor. Loaded with thick riffs, pounding drums, and the soaring vocals of Luke Cardwell, there's a definite punk edge to what these gentlemen are creating. It's relentless and in your face, yet somehow irresistibly melodic and infectious.

Exploring life's fleeting current, Luke says Before My Eyes is "nostalgic, a little bit cathartic, but primarily a reflection on passing time, love, and the way life moves so fast."

A track that forms part of the band's debut vinyl EP MMXXV, Before My Eyes is an absolute banger from beginning to end!
