Melody by Ethan Pacheco: Stripped-Back Brilliance with an Anthemic Pulse

Released just a few days ago, Melody is the enchanting sophomore single from rising Texas-based country-folk sensation Ethan Pacheco. A heartfelt and evocative piece rooted in stripped-down brilliance, Ethan's latest track showcases a compelling songwriter and a fantastic storyteller. Chorus-wise, it's one of the most anthemic and infectious I've heard in some time, and I believe huge credit also needs to go to Taylor Tatsch for his mixing and mastering genius.

"This song is about the ways music finds and holds you - sometimes gently, sometimes not," says Pacheco. "Writing from the heart means being vulnerable, and I hope people hear themselves somewhere inside these verses."

Born and raised with a guitar never far from reach, Ethan Pacheco is just entering the daunting world of releasing his music to the masses. Part of a three-song series, Melody follows the artist's debut single ol' blues, released last year. And, while no official date has been given regarding the third chapter, I get the feeling it'll be something special.

It seems like Ethan has cracked the formula to telling honest stories without overplaying his hand, and I can't wait to hear from him again!
