You may recall a rich and cinematic little tune called Snake charmer from earlier this year that I really fell in love with. The work of Olivier Cornu, a Swiss singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who performs under the moniker Moon Construction Kit, the track stood out for its inventiveness and otherworldly elegance.

Since then, Olivier has delivered two more singles: Down the West Coast and Right Across the USA. Now, while I implore you to listen to the former, today it's the latter I'd like to shine a light on.

Instantly plunging the listener into the deep end, Right Across the USA hits you with a huge hook that lodges itself in your brain. Olivier's signature vocal harmonies then enter proceedings - warm, dreamy, and beautifully layered.
