Riffs, Rage, and Relentless Force: Discover Devil’s All Hail The Beast

All Hail The Beast is the potent, raw, and unpolished new album courtesy of a New York-based outfit known simply as Devil. Comprised of Brian Canfield on vocals and Jeff D'Ambrosio on instrumentation, it's hard to believe that so much energy and ferocity are coming from just two musicians - but that's Devil's power! Untamed and full of passion, their signature sound is unveiled for all to hear on their latest record.

Witch Hazel begins proceedings and immediately plunges the listener into a sea of gritty riffs, pounding drums, and primal vocals. It's a furious start, and its successor, Cinnamon, simply continues the onslaught. Relentless and vicious, it barrels forward at a blistering pace.

Sky King showcases more of the firepower in Devil's arsenal, yet also offers a sound that’s a bit more approachable for newcomers. Displaying their versatility, it's a highly impressive piece of music, before the pair ramp things up again with the punishing sonic storm that is Season of Sacrifice.

Featuring fourteen tracks and with a runtime of over an hour, it would take days to go into detail about each song on the album. And, truthfully, it would also feel as if I'm doing it a disservice. This isn't music looking for a description…It's music looking for the right ears! Pure power!
