Speak Too Soon is the Expansive Anthem That Will Fuel Mercy Kelly’s Rise

Speak Too Soon is already wedging itself into my top tunes of the year - and that's not an honour I hand out easily. Courtesy of Manchester-based five-piece Mercy Kelly, the infectious indie rock anthem is masterfully layered and pieced together. It's euphoric and heartfelt, and filled with a rich emotional core that just hits all the right spots!

Serving as the first of four highly anticipated singles, Speak Too Soon is what I like to call a "stadium-ready banger." It's got a bold and expansive aura - positioning it to be a fan favourite at the band's upcoming Kendal Calling set. Performing on the Tim Peaks Diner stage on Friday, August 1st, Mercy Kelly are ready to leave their mark - and Speak Too Soon might just be the spark that lights the fuse.

An outfit originally started by Jack Marland and Adam Bridge, Mercy Kelly is now a five-member-strong act. With Joel Buckley, Leon Hepke, and Jacob Simpson joining the fray, the group have concocted a sonic formula that, I believe, has all the ingredients needed to break through the noise.
