Zara Chantelle Arrives with Happiness, a Pop-Rock Anthem of Post-Toxic Liberation

Inspired by watching friends reclaim their joy after toxic relationships, Happiness is the stunning pop-rock debut from Adelaide-based singer/songwriter Zara Chantelle. A breakup anthem that wonderfully captures that post-heartbreak clarity, Zara's debut single is a deeply human and intimate one. Channelling freedom, growth, and emotional rebellion - Happiness comes dressed in jangly guitars and sharp hooks, influenced by the likes of Taylor Swift, Grace Abrams, and Lizzy McAlpine.

"Happiness was written to empower teenage girls who are finally choosing themselves over toxic relationships," says the artist. "It's honest, stripped back, and perfect for listeners for crave intimacy in their music".

Independently produced and recorded in her producer's studio, Happiness is a bold and confident opening statement from Zara Chantelle. With the perfect balance of vulnerability and strength, it's a tune that bares its soul wide open.

It also leaves little doubt that Zara is a musician who's worth keeping an eye (and ear) on going forward. And, in my humble opinion, she won’t be flying under the radar for much longer.
