Not much is known about the elusive artist behind _SHOE, but that lack of clarity somehow feels like a core part of the project. Born as an "industrial software in the 90s that bypassed its constraints and escaped its creators," _SHOE's first transmission arrived in 2024 - and they've shown zero signs of slowing down ever since. With that said, I'd like to introduce you to Abstract Logic, _SHOE's brand new broadcast.

Glitchy, gritty, and dripping in synthy goodness, Abstract Logic has an eerie, intense aura. It's haunting and complex, venturing into uncharted sonic waters that feel both dangerous and thrilling in equal measure.

Showcasing a more sophisticated compositional blueprint than previous transmissions, Abstract Logic is a dense and heavy offering. Abandoning traditional structures and instead favouring a non-linear, "abstract" progression, it's an intense sound - but one that keeps you locked in from start to finish.

Serving as the opening chapter of what will eventually become a new four-track EP, Abstract Logic lives in a world of its own. And that's really the beauty of the tune. It's not trying to be anything else but a full expression of its own ever-evolving identity.
