As one of our most featured performers to date, London-based artist and Circum-Sŏnus founder Antoin Gibson feels more like part of the furniture around these parts than just another musician we admire. Tunes like Diss Qualification, Dead End, and Venom-Laced Tears have soundtracked more than a few of my days, each one leaving its own indelible mark on me, and that's why today I am honoured to introduce you to Diss Tribute, Antoin's latest release.

A politically charged rap piece, Diss Tribute is a track that explores the shift from organic discovery to algorithmic control. It's a topic I find myself probing more and more these days, because the more I think about it, the sadder it becomes that great art can be overlooked by soulless systems.

Built around a stripped, confrontational delivery, Antoin's new single, to put it simply, goes very hard. Unrestrained and bursting with raw attitude, it's the sound of an artist's frustration being channelled into something fierce, urgent, and impossible to brush aside.
