Blade of Thorns Unleash Brutal Honesty on Hard-Hitting New Single It’s not my world

Fiery, potent, and bravely candid, It's not my world is the recent offering courtesy of London-based rockers Blade of Thorns. A hard-hitting and in-your-face track, the outfit holds nothing back, both sonically and thematically. 

Through thunderous, emotive riffs and pounding, menacing drums, a deeply personal tale of depression, heartbreak, and loss unfolds. Raw, unfiltered, and stripped of pretence, it's a song that feels brutally real - and steeped in anguish.

"It's not my world is a raw testimony of me reaching rock bottom. Of feeling like I no longer exist in my own world," explains Blade of Thorns's vocalist. "It's a song about pain, but also about truth, and truth, even when painful, is the first step toward healing."

Making music on their own terms, Blade of Thorns released their debut tune, Delirium, in 2023. Since then, numerous singles have followed, all showing the bold progression of a band that, respectfully, couldn’t give a shit about algorithms and current trends. 

My next hope for Blade of Thorns is a simple one: it’s time for an album. They've clearly got the goods in their arsenal, and the pieces are already in place for them to create something seriously compelling. Onwards and upwards for this hugely talented bunch!
