Fringe Frontier Deliver Another Knockout with Retro and Gritty New Single Pulling Away

There's something undeniably special about discovering a little-known act and falling completely in love with their work. It can feel like you've stumbled upon a buried treasure hidden amongst the noise, and for a moment in time, it’s entirely yours. With that in mind, it seems only right for me to reintroduce you to one of rock’s best-kept secrets, Florida-based outfit Fringe Frontier

Earlier this year, they delivered a smashing tune called Astor Place, and that began my love affair with the band. Then came their crunchy and infectious follow-up, Heartbreak Parade, and I just knew I was all in on their sound.

Returning in formidable style once again, Pulling Away is the act's latest offering. Channelling the raw throb of garage grit and the unfiltered bite of rock’s golden age, it's another ingenious piece of music from the talented outfit. Retro, fuzzy, and honest, the band says it's a track that, lyrically, "catches the last moments of a relationship with a cinematic lens".

Finding myself running out of superlatives to describe just how impressive Fringe Frontier are, all I can say is this - if they keep the momentum going, they won't be a secret for much longer.
