LunaRover Make the Wait Worthwhile with Funky Space Pop Gem Throw Me A Line

You may recall me waxing lyrical about LunaRover over the past year or so - the dreamy, psychedelic project of Kevin Rieth and Ben Pelletier. Fountains was my introduction to the pair's sound, and then Little Things came along and sealed the deal. Instantly, I was hooked! 

Now, I won't lie, I didn't expect the wait for the duo's return to be quite this long - but I am now happy to announce they're back with another gem! Introducing Throw Me A Line.

Described (flawlessly) by Kevin and Ben as a "space pop track with funk influences," LunaRover's latest offering is as immersive and mesmerising as anything that's come before. Drenched in synthy goodness and a sped-up guitar arpeggio, four minutes simply float by - and that's when it becomes crystal clear just how easy it is for this duo to pull you into their rich and dreamy sonic world.

A tale of a plane crash survivor, adrift in the ocean, hanging onto debris, Throw Me A Line delves into questions of survival, identity, and self-worth. It represents LunaRover's most ambitious and distinctive work to date, and once again, they've knocked it out of the park! Trust me, you don't want to miss out on what these two are doing!
