Rose White Channels Lust and Late-Night Soul on Seductive New Single Sazerac

A friend of mine introduced me to Polish-born and now London-based singer/songwriter Rose White last year. Tears Of Regret and Stronger were my introduction to her soulful and jazzy soundscape, and I then found myself diving into her previous offerings. It wasn't long before I was totally on board with Rose's sultry sound and husky vocals, and I've been proud to call myself a fan ever since.

Sazerac is the artist's brand new single, and it's a tune that she says is "about being lost in the lust." Exploring that magnetic pull toward someone we know is bad for us - yet impossible to resist when passion takes over - Sazerac brings forth a universally relatable message.

Through a bassy and ridiculously groovy foundation, the track gives itself room to gather momentum. It swells and it moves at its own pace, as the soulful arrangement wraps itself around Rose’s deliciously raspy vocals.

"I wanted the instrumental to have this certain feel of urgency and desire," shares the musician. "It rises with the bass and guitar after the second verse, all the way until the bridge - a big ecstatic release!"

As I fall deeper in love with Rose White's work, all I can do is implore you to explore her artistry. She's the real deal, and an artist I always look forward to hearing from again!
