Rosso Tierney Turns It Up to Eleven on Hard-Hitting New Single This Gun

Fiery and potent, This Gun is the killer new single from Rosso Tierney, a rock artist and songwriter hailing from the medieval city of York in England. Here for a good time and not a long one, the emotionally-charged metal offering doesn't overstay its welcome - not that I’d have minded one bit if Rosso had decided to let it roar a little longer!

Driven by heavy guitars, thunderous drums, and seriously powerful vocals, Rosso's latest release is raw and uncompromising. Yet, beneath its heavy sonic core lies a tale of vulnerability, fragility, and rebirth.

"This Gun is about the human side of conflict. Soldiers are not machines - they carry fear, love, memories, and doubt with them into battle," remarks Rosso. "But it's also about our own personal wars."

Bold and cinematic, This Gun takes its cues from the likes of Asking Alexandria, Foo Fighters, and Ozzy Osbourne. That said, while the foundational DNA may feel familiar, the track never drifts into derivative or predictable territory.

Quickly becoming one of my favourite releases of the new year, Rosso Tierney's This Gun is best experienced loud - preferably turned up to eleven. Truly masterful stuff from a hugely talented musician!
